I found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. My emails were promptly responded to, and everyone showed up when they were supposed to. The extra tours I wanted at the last minute were also booked promptly in spite of a request at such a short notice. Both the driver and the guide ere friendly and courteous and knowledgeable too, though we found the English of our private guide to only be relatively good. Fantabulous experience!

Wonderful experience and great value for money. Our holiday to Europe was absolutely fantastic. They not only looked after us well, and made sure we and our kids had a great experience. A true professional company who believes in going above and beyond their ‘job’. All throughout the 10 days, they kept checking with us about pick ups being on time, hotel rooms, attraction visits etc. In short, we were well looked after and well supported by the amazing team at Refreshing Holidays especially Amanda.

We booked a trip to Sri Lanka and the experience was awesome, both while dealing with RH team and the way they handled our entire trip from hotels, to rental car, to sightseeing to shows. Our experience with Refreshing Holidays was simply amazing. Even though we were travelling for Easter when it's busier than usual, they managed to get us on the best routes at Kruger National Park for amazing safari. The local tour leader was very professional and quite involved in the way that we get the most of our experience. I most definitely recommend RH for their personalised experience for their guests.
