Are there age restrictions on your trips?

For all our trips there is no minimum age, younger children can join us on our Family holidays and Short Breaks but an adult must accompany all children under the age of 18. All overland, water adventures have a minimum age of 18. Adventures

All passengers 70 years and above, need to submit a Self-Assessment Form

Can I just do part of the trip?

You can opt to sign off the trip if you need to leave a day or two earlier, however you won’t be reimbursed for any portion of the trip unused,

If you let us know before travel that you’ll be arriving late or need to leave before the trip ends, we would notify our team on the ground to best accommodate your requirements.

Can I make any changes to the itinerary of my group trip, either before or during the trip?

We are unable to change itinerary for individual travellers, when travelling in a group. Hence, please make sure you are satisfied and happy with your group trip itinerary before booking. However, if it’s an FIT travel we can surely accommodate the changes wherever possible. Should you and your group of friends and colleagues would like your own personally designed itinerary, get in contact with our team and they can tailor an itinerary just for you.

Can I add an extra night at the beginning or end of my group trip?

You sure can. Just ask our consultant at the time of booking.

If I am travelling solo, will I be charged for having my own room?

Most of our trips have an option of individual room occupancy available; please request this at the time of booking. Single room accommodation generally has a higher price than twin sharing rooms

I have special dietary requirements – will they be catered for?

We will try our very hardest to accommodate all dietary requirements in the places of accommodation you are booked into. However in some out-of-the-way destinations it can be very difficult to guarantee. 

Are flights and airport transfers included in the tour price?

Flights to the tour destination are not included in the trip price. However, on-tour flights and all other modes of on-tour transport wherever included are specified in the inclusions.

Generally, airport transfers are included in the tour price and are listed under the inclusions. In some cases, airport transfers may not be included and it would be clearly specified.

Why has the price of a trip I wanted to book changed?

Our promotions run for a limited time only, so you need to book quickly to grab a good deal. Make sure you’re signed up to our e-mailer list so that you’re in the know for future sales.

How do I book additional activities such as day tours and excursions?

For any optional activities or additional day tours which are not included in your itinerary, you can send us a request through the booking form.  

When will I get the booking confirmation of my trip?

Although our operations team start booking your services straight away yet it can take us a couple of days to process your complete booking.

We’ll send you an update in 2 to 4 business days.

If you have booked a customised trip and if any attraction or activity is unavailable, we’ll let you know via email and provide you with a full refund.

Why is the deposit for my trip non-refundable?

We take a deposit is only because our operations team start booking your services with our local suppliers straight away. Many of these services (e.g. on-tour activities like certain permits etc) are non-refundable and can’t be transferred or used by another traveller.

Even if these services can be cancelled, they might incur a cancellation or an admin fee which is covered by your deposit.

When is the final due date for my trip?

Full payment is required 45 days before departure to avoid trip cancellation. We’ll also email you at least a week before the due date to give you a heads-up.

*There are certain itineraries or cruises which require booking tickets/passes well ahead in time as they get sold out real fast. For such itineraries, we would request clients to make the full payment at the time of booking itself.

What kind of insurance do I need?

We strongly recommend all travellers have a policy that also covers personal liability, cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage or personal effects.
