Itinerary

Arrive at Tivat airport and transfer to the coastal town of Kotor. After lunch, enjoy a late-afternoon walking tour of Kotor’s medieval Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Ride the cable car to Lovcen National Park, visiting the mausoleum of poet-leader Petar II Petrovic Njegos. Stop at Njegusi village for a tasting of local prosciutto and cheese. Continue to Cetinje, Montenegro’s elegant old royal capital, to see the Museum of King Nikola and Njegos Museum. Travel via Budva to Tivat, board a boat for a sunset cruise through the Strait of Verige, and visit the islet of Our Lady of the Rocks near Perast. Enjoy dinner in Perast before returning to Kotor.

Travel to Lake Skadar National Park, the largest lake in the Balkans. Take a serene boat ride from Virpazar, spotting rare birds such as the Dalmatian Pelican, and end in Rijeka Crnojevica, once a winter retreat of Montenegrin rulers. Visit a local farm for wine tasting, then drive through the dramatic Moraca Canyon to explore the 13th-century Moraca Monastery, famed for its frescoes. Continue to Kolasin.

Enjoy a full day at leisure in the charming seaside town of Petrovac, known for its sandy bay, Venetian Fortress, and tranquil waterfront cafés.

Take an optional tour to Ulcinj, a coastal town with a maze-like Old Town steeped in legends. Continue to Bar for an olive oil tasting and explore the evocative ruins of Stari Bar, where cobbled lanes wind through ancient arches and a historic aqueduct.

After breakfast, transfer to Tivat Airport for your return flight.
