Itinerary

Welcome to Romania! Upon arrival at Bucharest Airport, meet your guide and transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax and acclimate to the city’s energy.

After breakfast, embark on a panoramic and walking tour of Bucharest. Visit major landmarks including Revolution Square, the Arc de Triumph, and the impressive Romanian Athenaeum. Continue to the Opera House, National Military Club, Dimitrie Gusti National Village Museum, and the grand Palace of Parliament — one of the largest buildings in the world. Enjoy leisure time in the evening to explore the charming Old Town at your own pace.

Journey into the magical region of Transylvania. Drive through the scenic Carpathian Mountains to visit the fairytale Peles Castle in Sinaia (view from outside). Continue to the legendary Bran Castle, famously associated with Count Dracula. Later, arrive in Brasov, a beautiful medieval town surrounded by forested hills. Explore the Council Square, Black Church, and the Muresenilor House Museum before checking into your hotel.

After breakfast, travel to Sighisoara, one of Europe’s best-preserved medieval towns and the birthplace of Vlad the Impaler (Dracula). Visit landmarks like the Clock Tower, Citadel, Dominican Monastery, and Dracula’s House. Continue to Cluj-Napoca, Transylvania’s unofficial capital. Today, explore the fascinating Turda Salt Mine, an underground marvel dating back to the 11th century. Continue to the Gothic-style Corvin Castle in Hunedoara — one of Europe’s most dramatic fortresses. Later, drive to Sibiu, a fairytale-like town filled with history and charm. Overnight in Sibiu.

Enjoy a walking tour of Sibiu, known for its medieval squares, cobbled alleys, and Germanic architecture. Visit Brukenthal Palace, Piata Mare, Lutheran Cathedral, and Holy Trinity Cathedral. In the afternoon, return to Bucharest for your final overnight stay.
