Upon arrival at Algiers International Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel for check-in. Take time to settle in and relax after your journey. Dinner will be served at the hotel, followed by an overnight stay in Algiers.

After breakfast, begin a full day exploring the vibrant capital of Algeria. Your tour starts at the historic Casbah of Algiers, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its ancient citadel, narrow alleyways, mosques, Ottoman-era palaces, and traditional craftsmanship. Highlights include the Dey Palace, Centenary House, Sidi Ramdane Mosque, the Palace of Princess Khedaoudj, Jamaa al-Jdid, and Mustapha Pasha Palace. You will also visit the workshop of the renowned cabinetmaker Khaled Mahiout, where you will witness traditional woodworking skills. Next, you head to the iconic Notre-Dame d’Afrique, a magnificent Romano-Byzantine basilica perched 124 meters above the sea, offering sweeping views of Algiers. Continue to the Martyrs’ Memorial, a towering monument dedicated to Algeria’s struggle for independence.Enjoy a leisurely walk through the lush Jardin d’Essai, a botanical haven featuring more than 3,000 plant species. This UNESCO-listed Roman city is beautifully preserved, featuring a forum, temples, basilicas, the Arch of Caracalla, and exquisite mosaics depicting mythology and daily life.Continue to Tiddis, a picturesque ancient Berber settlement shaped by Roman urban planning, where Libyan inscriptions and traditional pottery still remain. After exploring its hillside ruins, proceed to Constantine, the dramatic “City of Bridges.” Enjoy dinner and overnight in Constantine.

This morning, explore Constantine’s iconic landmarks, beginning with its famous suspension bridges and the breathtaking Rhummel Gorges. Visit the Cirta Museum, home to archaeological treasures, before heading to the city’s war memorial, offering panoramic views of the surrounding valleys.In the afternoon, travel toward Batna, stopping en route at the expansive Saltworks (Chott), followed by a visit to the Medracen, a striking ancient Berber royal tomb. Arrive in Batna for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, visit the remarkable Roman ruins of Timgad, founded by Emperor Trajan. Known as the “Pompeii of Africa,” this well-planned Roman city features a triumphal arch, baths, library, and an impressive grid layout.Later, continue to the dramatic viewpoints of Les Balcons du Ghouffi, where deep canyons, palm groves, and ancient dwellings shape a breathtaking landscape. Proceed to Biskra, known as the “Gateway to the Desert,” for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, depart by road toward Ghardaïa. En route, stop in Touggourt to visit Ksar Temerna, one of the oldest fortified desert settlements in eastern Algeria, with centuries-old architecture and oasis culture. Enjoy lunch in a peaceful oasis setting before continuing to Ghardaïa. Arrive in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

Spend the day discovering the UNESCO World Heritage-listed M’Zab Valley. Begin with Ksar Beni Isguen, a fortified hilltop settlement founded in 1051 by Ibadi refugees. Its orderly streets, spiritual atmosphere, and traditional governance system make it one of the most unique communities in North Africa.Continue to Ksar Tafilalet, a modern ksar built according to ancient principles of desert architecture, featuring collective work ethics such as touiza and neatly organized residential blocks. Visit the charming Old Market of Ghardaïa, known for its distinctive architecture, artisanal products, and cultural ambiance.End the day at Ksar El Atteuf, the oldest town in the M’Zab Valley, founded in 1012 and recognised for its historic mosques and labyrinth of traditional homes. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, begin your long drive back to Algiers, traveling through the vast landscapes of central Algeria. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy dinner and a restful evening in the capital.

After breakfast, set out for the coastal town of Tipasa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its Roman ruins overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Explore the ancient theater, thermal baths, necropolis, and the remains of Punic, Roman, Christian, and African civilizations. Enjoy lunch in Tipasa before returning toward Algiers.On the way back, visit the Royal Mausoleum of Mauritania, also known as the Tombeau de la Chrétienne, an impressive circular stone monument believed to house the tombs of King Juba II and Queen Cleopatra Selene. End the day with dinner at a seaside restaurant and return to your hotel for the night.
